Customer Service Representative – Part-Time

Color Street is the new direct-to-consumer sales division of Innovative Cosmetic Concepts.

Color Street is seeking a responsible individual for a part-time customer service position. Reliability, a positive attitude, and punctuality are vitally important. Candidates must also possess strong interpersonal skills, the ability to learn CRM software, and proficient typing skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries by phone and email
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resources
  • Manage customer accounts
  • Keep records of and follow up on customer interactions/transactions
  • Record details of inquiries, comments, complaints, and actions taken
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus
  • Prior telephone experience is a plus
  • Prior experience in direct sales / party plan sales a plus
