Please note that tracking numbers are created prior to products being prepared for shipment. If the carrier’s website states that your tracking number can’t be found, please try again in a few hours. Please also note that it may take up to 24 hours for the carrier to update your tracking information.
Return Policy
NAIL STRIP RETURNS: You may return your item(s) for a full refund (less shipping/handling charges) within 30 days of the ship date. All items must be in brand new condition and returned in the original packaging in order to receive a full refund.
Host Reward items, discontinued items, and items purchased with credits are not eligible for return. Items purchased from a Stylist display table or any “cash and carry” items are final sale and not eligible for a return.
NAIL STRIP EXCHANGES: You may exchange your item(s) within 60 days of the ship date. All items must be in brand new condition and returned in the original packaging in order to qualify for an exchange.
Host items, discontinued items, and items purchased with credits are eligible for exchange for an item of equal or lesser value. If exchanging for an item of greater value, the difference in price will be due at the time of exchange. Items purchased from a Stylist display table or any “cash and carry” items are final sale and not eligible for an exchange.
